The Squad is comprised ten of the eleven pictured pups, and Becca Hancock, a Certified and Accredited Dog Trainer. Becca began working with dogs in High School, volunteering for rescue groups, in 2002. By 2006, she obtained a BS from Georgia College and State University and continued to work with dogs, training and rescuing at a large scale operation in rural north Georgia. She then went back to school to receive her training accreditation from the Animal Behavior College. Upon graduation, she continued her education by completing an apprenticeship with a Masters Level Animal Behaviorist. She has since trained in a wide variety of environments, from group classes to individual lessons, and from, board and trains to in home consults. In addition, Becca discovered dog sports upon rescuing her Boxer mix, Crash, from a shopping cart at only 3 weeks old. He needed an outlet, and sports were the answer. Since then, she has been hooked on finding new ways to stimulate the canine mind. Her basic philosophy is one of kindness and compassion, teaching the dog what you want in the most humane methodology possible, treating every clients dog as her own. Becca currently has multiple World Championship Finalist dogs as well as National Championship Finalists. Her specialties include behavior modification, sports foundation, service dog training, and AKC CGC, CGCA and CGCU as well as Trick Dog.
